Daisy Cooper has been the Liberal Democrats' deputy leader since 2020 and speaks for the party on the Treasury. She took St Albans from the Conservatives in 2019 and has held it since.
She fronts the tax side of the Lib Dem offer covered on this site: reforming capital gains tax with standalone bands, funding free personal care, and replacing business rates with a Commercial Landowner Levy.
